As a Strength and Conditioning coach for the Palm Harbor University girls' softball team and a dedicated fitness professional, I had the privilege of helping people crush their fitness goals with personalized workout plans, nutrition guidance, and unwavering motivation. There’s nothing more rewarding than witnessing transformation!
I’ve had the thrilling opportunity to build snow roads, carve perfect groomers in a BomB snowcat, and teach kids to ski at Monarch Ski Area. Every project reminded me that creating something exceptional takes precision and passion.
For eight years, I guided countless adventurers down the Arkansas and Gauley Rivers. Now, I get to enjoy rafting Colorado’s cold waters just for the fun of it. Adventure is in my DNA!
